数控加工参数规范化及数据库的研究

【摘要】 随着先进数控机床的普遍应用及CAPP的智能化发展,在数控加工工艺设 计和实施过程中如何选择适用的刀具参数和相应的切削参数已是众多企业急需 解决的一个重要问题。作为CIMS的一个重要组成部分,刀具参数和切削参数管 理系统面临着新的契机与挑战。 本文结合航空工厂飞机结构件数控加工切削参数和刀具参数的规范化课题, 针对飞机结构件常用材料以及典型特征,在数控铣削条件下,分析、研究了刀具 参数规范化涉及的有关问题,着重论述了刀具信息在数据库中的组织形式、刀具 的编码、刀具的智能化选择以及切削参数的推荐选择和优化等关键技术。 在此基础上,建立了刀具数据库,探讨了专家系统在刀具选择中的应用,进 而以数控机床用立铣刀的切削用量优化和推荐选择为实例做了深入的研究。刀具 数据库管理系统后端采用 Oacle 7.3建立了数据库,前端采用 Delphi 5进行系统 的程序设计,对刀具信息进行了规范化管理。最后,介绍了网络与数据库的集成 技术,并利用ASP技术实现了刀具信息的网上共享。

【Abstract】 With the prevalent application of advanced NC machines and the development of CAPP towards intelligence, many enterprises are facing an urgent problem of how to select proper tools and optimum cutting parameters in NC machining process planning and application. As an important part of CIMS, the management system of tools & machining parameters gets new chances and challenges.Through the project of the standardization of cutting parameters and tools parameters m NC manufacturing of aircraft slructural components, this dissertation analyzed and researched the problems concerned the standardization of the tools, which directed at the common materials and typical features of the parts. The crucial issues, which include the organization scheme of tools information in database, the recommendation of tools and machining parameters, are mainly discussed.Based on the above, cutting tools databases are built up, and experts system is used in tools selection. And then cutting parameters selection and optimization of end-mill in NC machining are researched deeply. In server, Oracle 7.3 is adopted as the database management system, while Delphi 5.0 is used as the development tool in client. At last, the dissertation introduced the integration of network and database, and realized cutting tools information sharing with Internet by means of ASP.
