箭杆织机经张力控制与开车痕补偿应用研究

【摘要】 织机计算机控制系统的设计在织机发展中占有重要地位,开车痕补偿方法是其中的关键技术。本文对箭杆织机计算机控制系统的主要组成部分进行了较为系统地阐述,包括织机系统编码器方式的软硬件设计、送经控制系统的软硬件设计、送经控制算法设计和开车痕补偿等。 在前人的基础上,作者阐述了整个系统通讯部分的改进设计,解决了系统中存在的通讯故障问题,保证了通讯系统的通畅无故障;改进了送经控制算法,进行了模糊PID算法在送经系统中的应用研究;重点研究了开车痕的补偿问题,首次利用数据拟合的方式,对开车痕的产生和开车痕消除进行了较为系统的研究,并将其成功地应用于实际系统中,最后还探讨了方法的通用性问题。 开车痕补偿技术在很大程度上影响着织机能否进行高档织物的纺织,即织机的性能指标问题。本文中该问题的解决对国产织机的发展具有很大的促进作用。

【Abstract】 The design of the computer control system of loom plays an important role in the loom development, and start mark compensation is the key technology. In this paper, the main part of the shaft loom computer control system is carried out systemically, including the software and hardware design of the loom system with encoder and the let-off system, the let-off controller algorithm, and the start mark compensation. On the base of former research, an improvement of the communication system is put forward by the author, the easy communication is ensured. An improvement algorithm for the let-off controller is discussed, and the way for applying of Fuzzy PID in let-off system is also shown. The start mark compensation of the let-off system is mainly studied by the means of digital synthesize for the first time, a systemic research for the explanations of its coming out and the elimination is carried out, and the universality of this method is discussed in the last. The way of start mark compensation has a great effect on the performance of the loom system. The settle of this problem will give much improvement to the loom development of our country.
