高承载能力双曲柄环板针摆行星传动的研究

【摘要】 本文对高承载能力双曲柄环板针摆行星传动减速器进行了精确的受力分析,效率分析及参数优化设计。 基于传统的针摆行星传动受力分析,建立了准确的双曲柄环板针摆行星传动力分析数学模型,研制了受力分析的CAD软件,同时对转臂轴承及曲柄轴支撑轴承进行了精确的寿命计算。 应用行星轮系效率计算的普遍式,推导出该传动的效率计算公式,并计算了该种减速器的效率。计算值与实验值基本吻合。 对给定的机型,以影响摆线针轮行星传动承载能力的主要参数—偏心距a、针齿套半径rrp和针齿销半径rsp为设计变量,使其满足十一项约束条件,以整机能够承受的输出轴传递的额定转矩T最大为目标函数进行参数优化设计。

【Abstract】 The precise force analysis, efficiency analysis and optimization design of the parameters of high carrying capacity double crank ring- plate-type cycloid reducer are completed in this thesis. Having the aid of conventional cycloid gear force analysis method, established accurate force analysis mathematics model of the double crank ring-plate type cycloid reducer. Furthermore, the CAD software of force analysis is developed and the precise life calculation of the bearings is carried out. Applying the general formular of the planet wheels efficiency calculation, reasoning the efficiency calculating formular of this kind of transmition,the efficiency of this kind of reducer is calculated. The calculation value corresponds with the test value basically. For the given model of the cycloid drive, the optimization of the parameters is made, which is taking the main parameters affecting the load-carrying ability of the cycloid drive棗the eccentricity A, the radius of the roller r1~ and the radius of the pin ~ as the design variables which satisfy 10 principles constrain, and the largest rated torque T transmitted by the output shaft as the objective function.
