计算机控制直流调速系统设计与实现

【摘要】 80年代以来,关于数字直流调速系统的研究已经取得了很大的进展。目前,单片机被广泛用于数字调速系统中,用于建立数字触发器、实现采样控制算法、定时触发脉冲形成等等。 本文讨论了计算机控制直流调速系统的设计与实现。该数字调速系统主要由两部分组成:计算机部分(上层单元)和单片机部分(下层单元)。其上层单元主要用来完成数据采样、滤波及控制算法的实现;下层单元主要为单片机实现的数字触发器。 上层单元(计算机)的引入不仅简化了单片机系统的硬件结构,而且使得系统在控制算法的实现与变换、运行状态的监控及人机界面的设计等方面变得更加灵活。 本文第一章简要介绍了直流调速系统的一般发展状况;从第二章到第五章讨论了系统硬件设计与计算;第六章给出了系统软件设计及流程图;最后一章对该调速系统的优缺点进行了总结。

【Abstract】 Since 1980 the research on digital direct current tuning-speed system has developed greatly. Currently Single-chip computers are adopted wildly in the tuning-speed system for building the digital-triggers, realize sampling control algorithm and forming trigger-timing pulse ect.. The thesis discuss the design and implementation of direct current tuning-speed system controlled by computer and Single-chip computer.. There are two parts in this digital tuning-speed system mainly: personal computer (upper level unit) and single-chip computer unit. Data sampling and control algorithm realizing are completed in the upper level unit, and the digital trigger is built in the lower level unit. The building of upper level unit not only simplifies the hardware structure of single-chip computer unit, but also makes the system more flexible for implementing and changing of control algorithm, supervising of running states and the designing of man-machine interface. The general development on direct current tuning-speed system is introduced in the first chapter briefly; form chapter 2 to chapter 5, the hardware design and calculation of the system are discussed indetail. The software design and flow charts are given in chapter 6; and the last chapter summarizes strong and weak points of the tuning-speed system.
