单板、单片高速数据采集系统研究与设计

【摘要】 随着科技的发展,数字存储示波器作为常用的检测工具,将取代模拟示波器。其广泛应用,为该类仪器的国产化提出了紧迫的要求。本课题研究将数字存储示波器的核心部件—采集与控制电路集于一体,模块化,以便应用于通用便携式数字存储示波器。其中,单片采集控制电路采用FPGA实现,并给出了仿真结果。还讨论了随机采样电路、信号调理电路、A/D变换电路的设计,总结了实际工作中遇到的一些问题和解决办法。

【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology, the Digital Storage Oscilloscope, as a common instrument, will replace Analog Oscilloscope. At the mean time, the growing domestic requirement of DSO has urged researching tasks in this area. The single board, single chip data acquisition system, which is the core of DSO, tries to assemble the control circuits of data acquisition circuits into a single FPGA chip to make it suitable for portable DSOs. In this article we also discuss the design of random acquisition circuit, signal condition circuit, A/D circuit and so on. In each digital circuit, the simulating results are given. At end of the paper, some problems, which are encountered in designing, debugging, simulating process, are presented and the solutions to them are given.
