我国综合大学医学院课程设置改革研究

【摘要】 课程设置是教学计划中的主要部分。它决定着学校的教学内容和学生的知识结构,直接关系到人才培养的质量。因此,综合大学医学院课程设置的改革,对于培养有创新精神和实践能力的高素质医学人才,对于我国高等医学教育的发展具有重要意义。本文的主题是研究综合大学医学院课程设置的改革问题。文章首先从国内外高等医学教育的发展历史和现实状况,详细分析了我国综合大学医学院现行课程设置中存在的问题:培养模式基本上是“老三段”,基础与临床割裂,过分强调学科的系统性,理论脱离实际。并通过中美两国课程设置的比较,说明综合大学医学院课程设置改革是历史发展的必然,势在必行。 为此,笔者从21世纪社会对医学人才的要求出发,以培养目标为依据,根据现代医学和人才成长的规律,围绕知识、能力、素质协调发展这条主线,对综合大学医学院的课程设置进行了总体构想。其次,通过比较分析,指出改革后的课程设置与现行课程设置在指导思想,基本原则,课程联系和课程优化方面的不同。最后文章提出了进行课程设置改革的主要措施,如:树立正确的教育观和人才质量观,加强教师队伍建设,扩大高及其校院系的办学自主权和教学管理科学化等。 论文的创新点在于:笔者注重于对医学教育课程设置的总体构想。目前,我国医学院校的课程设置改革大多是局部的,片段的,没有系统改革。本文针对不同学年的教学与课程特点,提出了不同的课程改革思路:即按照“前期趋同,后期分化”的思路,使医学课程结构体现三个“一致”和临床专业课程后期分化,整体优化课程体系。

【Abstract】 Course set-up is an important part of education program, it determine the teaching contents and students knowledge. It is directly related to the quality ofthe talent fostered. Therefore, course set-up reform in China medical institutes, is very important for the country’s high level medical training development intraining of high quality medical talent with new ideological sprits and combat capability. The main subject of this article is to study on the course set-up reform problems in the medical institutes. Firstly from the development history and reality of medical institutes course inside China and abroad, the author analysis the problems of course set-up existing in medical institutes. And from comparative analysis of course set-up between China and America, it is clear that medical institute course set-up reform is a necessity for history development.This dissertation starts from the demands of society for medical talents of high-quality, base on the coordination of knowledge, ability and quality, presented the whole course set-up in medical institutes. Secondly, by comparative analysis, the author indicated that the reformed course set-up is different from the present in guiding ideology, essential principle, process of education and preference of courses. Lastly, the article had put forward the main measures for course set-up reform, example demands for correct education observation and talent quality observation, expanding institutes the freedom of management, strengthening teacher抯 rank construction and making school management scientific etc.The new view of this dissertation is the author pays attention to the whole course set-up of medical education. Now, the reform of course set-up of medical education is partly. The author presented different the reforming proposition according to the different characteristic of training and course in different learning years.
