中药复方增免灵对鸭腺病毒蜂胶复合佐剂灭活疫苗免疫增强作用的研究

【摘要】 本研究应用中药复方口服液增免灵与鸭腺病毒蜂胶复合佐剂灭活苗配合使用,通过检测红细胞中的铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)的活性,血清中鸭腺病毒HI抗体动态变化规律,血清蛋白相对含量和白细胞分类计数。结果表明:①增免灵能极显著提高红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶的活性,P<0.01。②增免灵能极显著的提高腺病毒HI抗体效价,在第14天时极显著高于对照组,P<0.01。③血清r-球蛋白显著高于对照组,P<0.01。④白细胞分类计数表明嗜中性白细胞、淋巴细胞都显著高于用药前,P<0.01或P<0.05。这些结果说明了:①SOD是与免疫有关的一种免疫物质;②增免灵能显著提高腺病毒HI抗体水平;③增免灵能提高体液免疫。这些有力的证据充分证明了增免灵可以增强鸭腺病毒蜂胶复合佐剂灭活疫苗的免疫力,为增免灵作为免疫增强剂提供了科学的理论依据。
【Abstract】 The effects of the traditional Chinese medicine mixture- Zengmianling on Duck Adenovirus Inactivated Vaccine are reported in this paper. The results showed that: OThe traditional Chinese medicine mixture enhanced apparently the activity of CuZn-SOD in red blood cell on 3, 7, 14, 2ldays after using the medicine. Especially, the activity of CuZn-SOD reached the peak on 1 4~ day after using the medicine and there was significant difference between A and B,C ,P<O.O1. 〥uck adenovirus HI antibodies in serum rose after using the traditional Chinese medicine mixture. On the fourteenth day, the antibodies level reached peak, which was higher than contrast group(C group), p<O. 01. But there was no significant difference between A an B. ㏕here was significant difference between A and B ,C, P<0.0l in r-globulin assay on the 14th day. ? Neutrocytes: on the third day, Neutrocytes of A group got at peak, after the peak, it descended to normal. In B group, it reached the peak on 14th day, and differed with A, C group very significantly, P ~O.O1 .甃ymphocytes: A group reached the peak on the 14th day, significantly differing with B, C group, P<0.01 ;B group reached the peak on the seventh day, and there was significant difference 29 between B and A, C. In other times, there was no significant difference among A, B, C. These results indicates that: ㏕his traditional Chinese medicine mixture can raise not only body fluid immunity but also cell immunity. ㏒OD is a immune material which is correlative with immunity. ?The traditional Chinese medicine enhances the Duck adenovirus HI antibody level. 4. This traditional Chinese medicine is an immune petentiator or immunoenhancer.
