基于Internet的三维可视化技术研究

【摘要】 Internet和WWW技术的出现和兴起,开创了一个以计算机网络为基础的信息时代,使传统的虚拟现实技术在Internet上实现。基于Internet的虚拟现实技术(Web3D)突破了地理信息的平面表示,更使地理信息三维可视化表达延伸到了网上。 本文针对传统虚拟现实技术表现方法的局限性,分析了国内外虚拟现实技术的研究现状,讨论了基于Internet的虚拟现实的关键技术;分析了Web的体系结构和最新技术,针对虚拟现实技术的特点和要求提出了分布式的解决方案。本文还讨论了VRML标准的历史发展与现状,运行原理、核心概念和体系结构及其浏览器插件在三维可视化中的应用,实现了VRML的面向对象的程序设计。依据基于VRML技术的景观交互显示的特殊要求,讨论了VRML城市景观交互三维地形模型的建模方法和插件三维浏览器的设计。 最后,在上述理论与方法的指导下进行了VRML城市景观交互模拟实验。建立了三维浏览器插件—Plug in,并介绍了其主要功能和特点,得出了有关结论,提出了今后基于Internet的虚拟现实技术的研究目标及其相应内容。

【Abstract】 Following the technology developn1ent of intemet and wwW infOrmation epoch is comenow Traditional techno1ogy of Virtual Reality could be achieved on internet. The expressionof plane of geography information has been broken tLhrough to Web 3D that makes geographyinformation exPand in visual expression on internet.In accordance with the limitation of performance of traditionaI Wrtual ReaIity,thispaper analyZed the present research condition of WrtUal Reality in the home and abroad. Themajor prob1ems about the technoIogy of Mrtual Reality have been put forward. The system’sbocture and the newest technology of Web has been introduced. In al1usion to the featUreand requires of WrtUal Reality the resolved program about distribution has been put forward.This paPer has discussed the development course. present condition. princip1e. major ideas.smictUre and the aPp1ication of itS explorer plug in in Vrmal Reality of VRML, and theobject oriented programming based on ng has been realized. In accordance with thespecia1 requires of urban 1andscaPe based on na, the modeling method Web 3d and p1anabout 3D plug in have been put forward.Finally, the imitating eXPerimentS on landscaPe with VRML urban have been put upunder this guidance of method. 3D explore p1ug in have been established, and its majorfunction and featue has been introduced. This paPer has reached the conclusion about thetechnology of Wha Reality based on internet, and has put forward itS research aim andconteni from now on.
