矢量地形数据的处理与质量控制

【摘要】 空间数据的质量是空间数据库的“生命”。如何评估利控制数字高程模型建立过 程中各种数据的质量,是建立各种类型数据库和地理信息系统的“瓶颈”问题。本 文结合作业生产的实际需要,重点研究等高线矢量数据的质量控制的相关理论、技 术,并研制了一套实用的检查系统。本文研究的主要内容有: 1.针对等高线矢量数据的结构和特点,提出一套实用性较强的等高线数据质量 检查的算法,并建立了一个实用的等高线数据检查系统,其中包括条形码检查算法、 图形漫游、放大、缩小、矢量的编辑修改、等高线的检查赋值等功能模块: 2.实现了由等高线生成数字高程模型的直接内插算法和由等高线构建TIN的算 法并进行了大量的试验; 3.利用分形几何学理论和方法,对等高线数据的分形维数进行计算,从而为等 高线复杂程度的定量描述和工作量的定量评估提供了依据: 4.运用三维可视化技术使DEM的粗差检测与改正实现了可视化.

【Abstract】 The quality of spatial data is the life of every spatial databases. However, how to evaluate and control the quality of all sorts of data in the course of building DEM is a bottleneck problem of establishing various type databases and GIS. This dissertation has emphatically researched the correlative theory and technique about controlling the quality of contour vector data, and developed a suit of practical checking system combining with the actual needs. The main contents is listed as follows:1. According to the structure and characteristic of contour vector data, this paper has put forward some algorithm, which is very useful to check the contour data quality. A practical system of checking the contour data has been developed. It includes some function blocks, such as algorithm of checking bar codes, graphic roaming, zooming in, zooming out, editing and modifying, and the quality checking and evaluating.2. It has accomplished a direct interpolate method of building DEM and a means to construct TIN with contour lines. Plenty of experiments have been made during this work.3. The fractal dimension of contour data has been calculated with the fractal geometry theory. Consequently, the basis has been provided for the quantificational description of the contour’ s complexity and the quantificational estimation of the workload.4. Gross errors in DEM are detected and corrected visually by applying the three-dimension visual technology.
