城市119消防GIS的研究与实现

【摘要】 目前,应用型地理信息系统的发展已深入社会各行各业。随着城市高度密集化的发展,存在各种火灾隐患,这就迫切需要建立一个能灵活查询各种有关信息、能提供快速支援方案、辅助决策的实用高效的城市119消防地理信息系统,从而利用有限的人力、物力最大限度地减少损失。 本文根据面向对象的概念、理论和MapInfo的特点,并结合开放式数据接口(ODBC),设计了区别于传统空间数据结构的基于城市消防的GIS空间数据结构,实现了电子地图的显示、编辑、查询、检索和空间目标的定位以及对消防救援的最优路径分析。同时分析并建立了消防GIS中常用的应用模型,如接警空间定位模型、消防力量调动模型、消防力量快速支援模型等等。并在分析GIS与目标定位系统结合的可行性及优势的基础上,给出了其串口通信的具体实现方法。

【Abstract】 At the present time, application GlS has been developing deeply into every walkof life in our society. With the high development of the city denseness, there existSmuch hidden fire trouble. So it is insistent to establish an aPplied efficient systemwhich can query kinds of concerned information agilely. provide quick supportmethods and assistant decision, thus reaching the smallest lost by using limitedmanpower and material resources. That is l l9 City Fire GIS.According to the conception and theory of the OO(Object Oriented)’ thecharacteristic of MaPinfo. and with the combination of the ODBC(Open DatabaseConnectivity), the paper has designed the spatial data structure of the City Fire GlS,which is different from the traditional spatial data strUcture. The system has completedthe display. edit. query’ search of the vector maP and the orientaion of spatial object.And the ana1ysis of fire protection oPtimal path has been worked out successfully. Atthe same time some common applied models of City Fire GIS have been set up, suchas the alarm spatia1 position mode1. the fire resources manoeuvre model. the fireresources quick support model. Based on the analyzing the feasibility andpredominance of the combination of the GIS and object position system, the concreterealized methods for serial interface communication have been put forward.
