微机温度控制器性能评价系统

【摘要】 本论文介绍了针对微机温控系统设计的性能评价系统。该系统设计了单片机数据采集与通讯板,直接提取温控系统的输出参数与对象的温度数据,经串行通信传输到PC机,交由数据处理程序,加以保存与显示,再通过拟合回归得出输出曲线方程,计算出相应的性能综合指标。经过针对不同控制参数,对温控系统进行实验,得到了不同的性能指标,说明了本系统设计的正确性与可行性。运用本系统能客观地评判与比较该温控系统不同控制参数下性能的优劣。本评价系统可以用于整定优化的控制参数,改进与提高温控系统的控制性能。

【Abstract】 The performance evaluation system designed for microcomputer closed loop temperature controller is introduced in the thesis. The design of this system include: the circuit board used for data collecting and transfering. It extracts the output parameters of temperature control system and the temperature data of object controlled, and sends them to PC via serial communication. A program is developed to recieve data sent from single chip computer ,to save data into files, to display them onto screen. A function of object temperature is introduced with curve fitting method to calculates the corresponding performance index. The design of the system is tested and checked by testing the temperature controllor using different control parameters and getting different performance indexes. The system can be used to optimize the controller and improve the control performance by comparing performances of the temperature controllor with differnt control parameters.
