【摘要】 本文介绍了大型应用软件——公安数字档案系统的设计和实现。文章按软件工程的实施步骤介绍了系统的需求分析、方案论证和编程实现，对每一阶段的实施都归结出一些行为特征。文章论证了系统采用MIDAS技术的合理性，对其三层模式的合理性和可扩展性进行了深入的分析，提出了利用Delphi实现MIDAS三层应用的解决方案。系统采用数据——服务器——客户应用三层结构，实现了分布式的数据存储、集中式的业务管理和真正的“瘦”客户程序。对档案的输入、输出、传输、存储、管理以及数据的压缩和解压都进行了新的尝试，提出了新的解决方法。系统采用面向对象的软件开发方法，用自底向上的归纳法确定系统模型，用自顶向下的分解来实现模型中的各个模块，整个系统具有较强的可靠性、健壮性、可维护性和可扩展性。它的成功实施证明了软件开发过程中各阶段的活动是可以从理论上加以引导的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This Paper mainly discusses the software design and imPlementaion of PDAS(Police Digital Axchives System ). According to the idea of software engineering, thepaPer introduces the requirements, design and imPlementation of the system. Andthen some characters are sununed uP der every step.
