【摘要】 本文论述了一个公安业务处理、档案管理和办公自动化相结合的公安数字档案系统设计方案，为未来公安内部管理信息系统全面解决方案提供了基础。该方案突破传统的客户／服务器结构，采用了三层分布式应用开发结构，即客户机／应用服务器／数据库服务器。与传统的结构相比，三层应用结构克服了以往两层结构的安全性和可维护性较差的缺点，具有更高的效率、更好的安全性、易扩展性以及可维护性。同时，结合公安内部业务处理的需要，论文还设计和实现了三个业务处理模块，并详细讨论了模块中各种功能的实现与设计程序的流程。最后，论文对大型关系数据库的设计与实现进行了探讨，并采用触发器和存储过程作为数据库的外围接口，在满足系统数据存储管理需求下，使得数据库对于应用程序完全透明，提高系统的安全性、实用性与效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a design of the police digital archives system that combines with police job, archives manage and OA .it will provide the foundation for full settlement design of the police inner manage information systems tomorrow. It breaks through the traditional client/server structure and adopts a new three-tier structure, i.e. client/application server/database server, Compared with the original structure, it has better efficiency, security, expandability and maintenance for overcoming the disadvantages of security and maintenance of two-tier structure. At the same time, the paper design and implement three operation management modules in police inner operation management need. In the end, the paper discusses design an implementation of great relation database. Triggers and stored procedures are used in the system to be peripheral interface of the database. Security and efficiency of the system are improved.更多还原
