火力发电厂DCS系统设计与PID控制器参数自整定的研究

【摘要】 本文结合兰州西固热电厂的热控改造工程,在分析了分散控制系统特点的基础上,针对小型电站锅炉的特点,在充分考虑系统安全性与可靠性的基础上,对火电厂计算机监控系统进行了设计开发,同时,针对PID控制器参数人工整定的烦琐与不及时,对控制器参数的自整定算法进行了研究,对今后分散控制系统的发展趋势进行了展望。
【Abstract】 With thermal process control system transformed in XJGU LANZHOU power plant ,In view of the traits of the boiler in medium-sized or small ized power plants, this paper has made a research development of the DCS of Power Plant based on the analysis of the characteristic of the DCS and consideration of the system safety and reliability. Meanwhile, aiming at the troublesomeness and retardation of manual tuning of PID controllers, the paper has made a study of auto uning arithmetic of PID controllers and prospect for the development trends of the DCS.
