【摘要】 随着全球化经济的到来，企业财务管理已进入以资本经营为特征、以企业发展战略管理为目标的新阶段。随着我国企业改革的深化，在市场经济和现代企业制度条件下，企业财务管理处在举足轻重的主导地位。企业如果不能及时建立科学的、符合现代企业制度的财务机制，以强化内部管理，提高经济效益，就有可能在市场竞争中被淘汰。本文试图以西方企业财务管理发展脉络为背景，从我国企业财务管理改革现状出发，研究财务机制的涵义、特点，构建财务机制的基本条件和其基本框架内容。着重研究企业依照现代企业制度，与较为完善的市场对接后，所形成的科学高效的财务机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the coming of the global economy, enterprises?financial management has entered a new phase characterized in capital-running to achieve the goal of enterprises?strategical management and development. The financial management will play an important role in the market economy and the modem enterprises?system with the further reform of our enterprises. An enterprise will be obsolete in the market competition unless it timely sets up scientific financial mechanism in keeping with the modem enterprises?system so as to enforce the inner management and to develop the economic benefits. Pursuing the study on the connotation and characteristic of financial mechanism on the background of western ideology in enterprises?financial management and development, the essay tries to set up the basic condition and the elemental frame content of financial mechanism. It emphatically studies the scientific and high effective financial mechanism formed with the comparatively well-perfected market on the basis of modern enterprises?system.更多还原
