电力载波远程抄表系统的研究和设计

【摘要】 公共事业收费自动化和小区物业管理智能化等领域的技术开发和应用越来越受到人们的重视。本文研究旨在提供一种利用低压电力供电网络、低成本、高可靠地实现公共事业收费自动化和小区物业管理智能化的技术应用。在阐述扩频载波通信的基本原理的基础上,本文详细地介绍了电力载波远程抄表系统的具体实现,包括硬件电路和管理软件。硬件部分主要是以电力Modem为核心的集中器和采集器的功能和实现电路。软件部分主要是以Access数据库为中心的数据管理系统。 在对电力载波远程抄表系统阐述的基础之上,讨论了电力载波远程抄表系统的数据安全,提出了“以随机数确定传输数据顺序、用单向哈希函数对数据进行运算、用一次性加密方法对哈希值和随机数进行加密”的数据加密解决方案。其结论对所有利用远传技术实现的公共事业收费自动化系统同样适用。 本系统已基本调试结束,具有较高的稳定性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 Long Zizhuang (Signal and Information Processing)Directed by Prof. Li ShengpeiTechnique of transmitting data via power line (PL), a new technique developed in the recent years, is used to automatize the fee collecting system in pubic service and the management of uptown service. And the most popular technique in this field is spread spectrum carrier (SSC) communication. In this paper, after introducing the principle of SSC , design of hardware and software of the system are been discussed. Of the hardware, the collector and sampler are dissertated at detail, which communicate by power line Modem, while in the part of software, the management system with the Access database as the kernel.After that, the paper dissertates with the security of the data transmission in the remote fee collecting system via power line. A project is put forth to solve the security problem, which is ordering the data transmitted by random number, using Hash function to operate on the data and using one time encryption to cipher the Hash value and random number. This conclusion is also effective to other public utilities charging system via remote transmitting technique.This system has been put into test, the result has proved its high stability and reliability.
