土方工程机械化施工组织的优化研究

【摘要】 本文从实际土方工程机械化施工过程中所采集的数据出发,依据传统机械化施工组织理论和统计学原理对土方工程机械化施工组织作了进一步研究,把机械化施工作业方法归纳为推土机作业法、铲运机作业法和挖土机+运土车作业法三种型式,并建立了相应的优化模型,为机械化施工组织奠定了理论基础。同时利用windows98平台下的Visual Basic为开发语言,成功开发了路基土方工程机械化施工组织软件系统OMCOSE,为工程机械化施工组织设计人员提供了实用的设计工具,可广泛应用于公路建设、建筑施工等行业。

【Abstract】 Based on the theories of traditional Mechanical Construction Organization, principle of statistics and data collected from practice, three methods: constructed by bulldozer, constructed by scraper, constructed by excavator and hauling were built, optimum arithmetic models related to those methods were founded in this paper. These work founded the base of theories to investigate mechanical construction organization. At the same time, OMCOSE (Optimum Mechanical Construction Organization System of Earthwork) was developed successfully by using Visual Basic for Windows 98. This system provided an applied design tool for deviser of mechanical construction organization. It can be used in those areas such as highway, construction and ect.
