汽油机、柴油机通用润滑油(SF/CD 10W/40)抗氧化安定性与抗磨性研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了国内外汽柴机油的发展状况,通过分析内燃机主要摩擦副的润滑状态及汽油机和柴油机对润滑油的性能要求,合理地选用基础油和添加剂,并通过引进均匀设计方法,合理地安排多水平多因素试验,用逐步回归对试验结果进行处理,提出各个回归方程,以此分析基础油对添加剂的感受性、添加剂间的配伍性。本文在重点考察润滑油的抗氧化剂和抗磨剂与其他添加剂的相互作用的基础上,调配出具有良好抗氧化安定性和抗磨性的10W/40 SF/CD级汽柴油机通用机油的优化配方,并考察了该配方与国外进口油品的对比性能,结果表明,其质量水平相当。

【Abstract】 The development status of gasoline and diesel engine oils at home and abroad are described in this paper. The lubrication mechanism of the main tribo-pairs of engine and properties of internal combustion engine oil are analyzed simply. In this paper, the base oil and some additives are chosen scientifically and reasonably. The uniform design of experiment is firstly used for arranging multilevel and multi-factor experiments. The stepwise technique is adopted to put forward the regression equation. The sensitivity and compatibility among additives and the base oil were studied by a series of tests. Interactions among oxidation-corrosion inhibitor, wear- inhibitor and other additives were stress researched. At last, the optimum formulation of 1OW/40 SF/CD internal combustion engine oil was presented. Simultaneously, the property of this formulation was evaluated by being compared with the imports. The test results show that their qualities are equivalent.
