催化荧光分析法的研究与应用

【摘要】 催化荧光分析法因具有检出限低和灵敏度高等优点,在解决痕量分析和微量分析中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。本文主要研究了催化荧光法在测定痕量钼(Ⅵ)和钒(Ⅴ)及有机酸(柠檬酸、抗坏血酸)方面的应用。全文分如下部分: 第1章:对催化荧光分析法的应用和发展进行了综合评述,并对其应用前景加以展望,引用文献66篇。 第2章:建立了催化荧光法测定痕量钒(Ⅴ)的新方法。选择了最佳实验条件(温度、时间、试剂用量等)并对反应机理进行了初步探讨。 第3章:利用钼(Ⅵ)在酸性介质中催化过氧化氢氧化碘化钾反应,反应产物使吖啶类染料荧光猝灭,建立了测定痕量钼(Ⅵ)的新方法。检出限可达ng/mL数量级,将方法用于实际样品(茶叶、绿豆、矿泉水)中痕量钼(Ⅵ)的测定,获得满意结果。 第4章:利用有机酸(柠檬酸、抗坏血酸)对钒(Ⅴ)的催化反应体系的活化作用,测定了实际样品中柠檬酸和抗坏血酸的含量,研究了最佳实验条件。方法迅速,简便且选择性好。

【Abstract】 The catalytic fluorimetric analysis places more and more role in solving trace analysis, because its low detection limit and high sensitivity et.al. This paper focuses on the application of catalytic fluorimetric analysis in determination of molybdenum( VI), citric acid, vanadium(V) and ascorbic acid. The paper consists of four chapters. In chapter 1, the progress and application of the catalytic fluorimetric analysis are reviewed and the application of the analysis is prospected. Sixty-eight references are cited. In chapter 2,a new method is described for the determination of trace vanadium(V). The optimized conditions (temperature, time and quantity of reagents et.al.) are selected and the mechanism of the reaction has also been discussed. In chapter 3, a new method is developed for the determination of molybdenum(VI). The method is based on the fluorescence quenching of acridine dyes by the reaction product of hydrogen peroxide and potassium iodide with Mo(VI) as a catalyst in the acid medium. The detection limit can reach ng/mL level. The method is applied to determine trace molybdenum( VI) in real samples(tea, bean, mineral water) with satisfactory results. In chapter 4, a method is investigated for the determination of the concentration of activist in real samples, based on the activation effects of citric acid and ascorbic acid on the catalytic system of vanadium(V). The optimized conditions are studied. This method is quick and convenient and has high sensitive.
