液压缸计算机辅助设计系统研究

【摘要】 本文针对液压机用液压缸,在AutoCAD R14平台上开发了一套以专家系统和优化设计为支撑软件的液压缸CAD(计算机辅助设计)系统——《YYGCAD2.0》。该软件包括液压缸设计专家系统《YYGES》、液压缸结构优化系统《YKJU5.0》、液压缸参数化绘图三大模块,能在任何Windows/95/98/NT系统的微机上运行。专家系统《YYGES》的知识和数据来源于液压机领域专家的经验,采用规则方法推理,具有庞大的数据库和良好的人机接口。结构优化系统《YKJU5.0》以复合形法为优化算法,以有限元为结构分析方法,采用三次样条函数描述形线,对液压缸进行了结构尺寸参数和法兰过渡形线优化。参数化绘图模块是在AutoCAD R14平台上、在Visual C++6.0环境下用ObjectARX语言开发的应用程序,运行速度快。利用MFC(微软基础类库)开发的用户界面,具有Windows风格,操作简单,易于推广。用户在输入液压缸的主要技术参数后,如不进行结构优化计算,借助专家系统可在1小时内得到全部设计图纸;如需优化,也可在5小时内完成设计,并绘出全部图纸。《YYGCAD2.0》经生产厂家使用,状态良好,已实现商品化。

【Abstract】 Based on the ES(Expert System)and modern design methods such as FEM(Finite Element Method), structural optimization etc., a set of software about the CAD(Computer Aided Design) of hydraulic cylinder for hydraulic press is developed. The software can be used on the platform of AutoCAl) R14 on any PC (Personal Computer) whose operating system is Windows 95,98 or NT .It includes three main modules. One is ES ,named YYGES in this essay. Another is structural optimization, which is also called YKJU5.O. The third is parametric plot. The YYGES comes from the knowledge and experience of experts on hydraulic cylinder. It has intelligence and can offer help during design. Designer can understand the procedure well through the good interface of YYGES. YKJU5.O adopts the complex method as its optimizing arithmetic and FEM as its structure analyzing method. Parametric plot module is an application developed on AutoCAD R14 platform with ObjectARX language. Its UI (User Interface) made by MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class) has the style of Windows and is very friendly. It can make the design easy and is suitable for popularization. Just input some basic parameters of the hydraulic cylinder, and the whole set of drawing will be provided. This software can shorten the design period and improve design at the same time. It has been put into use in factories and got a good favour.
