酒钢转炉溅渣护炉技术优化研究

【摘要】 酒钢采用溅渣护炉工艺以来,存在炉龄不稳定,补炉次数过多,溅渣效果不显著的问题。在现场调研的基础上,论文分析了炉渣的化学成分和物性,进行了溅渣护炉模拟试验研究,找出了影响酒钢溅渣护炉效果的原因,为进一步实现工艺优化指出了方向。 研究认为:酒钢目前的溅渣率偏低;终渣的化学成分有待进一步调整;溅渣操作不够规范。建议适当改进溅渣护炉工艺参数,提高溅渣率水平;增加调渣剂用量,提高终渣中的MgO含量,降低FeO含量;确保合适的留渣量;稳定氮气压力和流量;严格按规范实现溅渣操作。

【Abstract】 The problems of instability of lining life and the overmuch times of repairing converter and the insignificant results of slag splashing are existing since steel-mill of Jiuquan Iron & Steel Co. adopting this new project. The chemical composition and the physical properties were analyzed on the basis of investigation. The study of hydraulic model of slag splashing was undertaken.The cause of influencing the results of slag splashing were found out and thispointed out the orientation of optimization of slag splashing Process.It was found out that the ratio of slag splashing is lower now, and the contentof final slag is unsuitable .The Practice of slag splashing is normative.The methods to solve this are adjusting some parameters of slag splashing and increasing the ratio of it; adding the amount of adjusting slag in order to increase the amount of MgO and decrease the amount of FeO in slag. The suitable amount of slag and the stable pressure and flow rate of N2 should be supplied. The strict specification should be planned to ensure the practice of slag splashing.
