深圳市下坪固体废弃物填埋场渗滤液处理中试研究

【摘要】 深圳市下坪固体废弃物填埋场现有一套渗滤液处理设施,但由于原设计对垃圾渗滤液水质预测不足,造成现有处理设施的厌氧、好氧系统无法正常运转。本次试验对该场垃圾渗滤液的水质进行了调查,针对现阶段渗滤液的水质状况提出了空气吹脱→ 厌氧生物滤池→SBR的组合处理工艺。 在现场试验中,该组合工艺取得较好的处理效果,出水的各项指标均达到生活垃圾填埋污染控制标准(GB16889-1997)中的三级排放限值的要求。除COD外其余控制指标达到或接近GB16889-1997中的一级标准,COD、BOD5、NH3-N、TN的去除率分别为 90%、98%、99%和 98%。本文对各处理单元的运行影响因素进行了分析和讨论,并给出各个处理构筑物的设计参数。通过对照试验,发现吹脱部分采用石灰调pH值在经济和技术上较用NaOH可行。同时本文结合试验结果和垃圾渗滤液的水质特征对吹脱塔的结垢、厌氧生物滤池处理效率以及SBR系统的好氧反硝化、短程硝化-反硝化、污泥膨胀、生物泡沫和 DO 的控制等进行了系统的分析的探讨。

【Abstract】 Shenzhen refuse landfill site already has a suit of leachate treatment units.Because of insufficiency estimation to water quality of landfill leachate originally,the anaerobic and aerobic tank of the treatment system can’t function normally.Through detailed investigation to water quality of landfill leachate, according to thewater quality status at present, the assembled technics of ammonia stripping→anaerobic biological filter (AF)→ sequencing batch reactors (SBR) is put forward.In the extended bench-scale experiment, the treatment system achievessatisfying performance, and each water quality index of effluent is up to the thirddegree leachate emission control regulations of country (GB 16889-1997 ). Except ofCOD, the others reach or approach the first degree standard of GB 16889-1997. Theremoval ratios of COD、BOD5、NH3-N and TN is 90%、 98%、 99% and 98%respectively.This article analyzes and discusses the influencing factors of each unit, andconcludes the each unit’s design parameter. By control experiment using lime isconsidered that it gains an advantage over NaOH in adjusting pH from economy andtechnology angle. At the same time, this article analyzes and discusses the strippingtower’s incrustation、dissatisfactory performance of anaerobic system、aerobicdenitrification and shortcut nitrification-denitrification of SBR system and the SBRcontrol dissolved oxygen concentration. The possible reasons and methods forcontrolling activated sludge bulking and biological foam are also discussed.
