【摘要】 本文从投资银行的基本概念概述开始，结合我国投资银行的现状和国外投资银行的业务、运作模式、国际化战略探讨我国投资银行的发展战略。我国投资银行业务在证券市场及证券公司的成长壮大中已奠定了证券承销传统业务的基础。证券业在我国已初具规模，证券机构已从初步形成开始走向发展，证券机构的业务也有所拓展，除了参与一级市场的承销和二级市场的交易外，开始在企业的资产重组中崭露头角，在项目融资、资产管理、资产证券化方面也有了不少尝试。借鉴国外投资银行的经验，着眼于国际化现代投资银行的竞争要求，我国投资银行应及早确定明智的发展战略，如选择适合中国发展阶段的投资银行体制模式；加强新业务的开展，如经纪业务、基金业务、资产管理业务、风险控制；为各类金融创新配备人才；加快引进先进金融管理技术，加强风险管理；不断创新金融工具等。更多还原

【Abstract】 By a belief introduction of the basic concept of in~vestment banks and a thorough analysis of the current conditions of Chinese Investment Banks (C. I. B) and the business scale, operating mode and internationalized strategy of foreign investment banks, this paper is to dj~cuss the development strategy of C. I. B. In the growth of Chinese stock markets and stock companied, acting as sales agent of stock has become a traditional business of C. I. B. Security has gradually come into shape And security agent have developed so rapidly that their business scale cover not only acting as sales agent in the first stock market and transacting in the second stock market, but playing an increasingly impofV~flt role in enterprise assets restructuring. It also expands their business to many fields like project financing, assets management and turning assets into stock. To meet the requirement of international competition from modern investment banks, C. I. B. should make use of the experience of foreign counterpart and determine a right development strategy. It is vital for C. I. B. to choose the proper system mode suitable for Chinese current conditions, to enforce the strength of expansion to new business areas such as broker, funds, assetanagement and risk controlling. It is also necessary for C. I. B. to he quipped with various creative financial personnel, quicken speed of adopting advanced financial management technology, enforce the risk management and innovate financial facilities.更多还原
