某工模具热处理车间热处理工艺自动控制系统的硬件设计

【摘要】 工模具的生产和使用,是衡量一个国家工业水平的标志,它在基础工业中占有重要地位。当前,我国冶金、电子、轻工、机械制造等行业中,工模具的使用量大面广。随着国民经济的发展,各行各业对工模具品种、规格、使用寿命的要求也越来越高,因此提高工模具的性能和质量已成为人们普遍关注的大事。 要提高工模具的性能和质量,可以从合理选材、改进热处理设备与工艺,以及改善机械加工等方面着手。 从当前我国大多数工模具热处理车间的实际情况来看,影响工模具热处理质量的主要因素是工艺参数的控制手段太落后,大多数还处于手动控制阶段,受人为因素影响明显,随意性大,控制误差偏高,质量不稳定。某些车间,虽然有微机控温的炉子,但也仅限于单台控制。至于对整个车间各炉子的整体控制,我们目前尚未见到报道。因此,我们从这一实际出发,提出《工模具热处理车间热处理工艺自动控制系统的硬件设计》,作为我们的学位论文课题。 本研究提出了一个车间级的工模具热处理工艺控制的完整的硬件系统,它与相应的软件系统配合,可以在车间中央监控室,对分布在车间(不限于同一车间)的各种浴炉、箱式炉等热处理设备,进行集中监控。这样不但提高了单台设备的自动化程度,更重要的是提高了整个车间的自动化程度,对于发掘整个车间设备的潜力,提高车间的整体效率,有重要意义。 本研究着重解决了整个车间工艺参数的采集、多路模拟量的模数转换、数模转换、执行器等器件的选择与设计,这些器件相互之间以及它们与CPU之间的接口电路的设计。整个系统,根据所选车间的炉子情况,共计32路输入、18路输出。同时还考虑留有相应的接口,只要适当添置相关部件,就可以对系统进行扩展,做到更多路数的控制,使它具有良好的灵活性与通用性,从而使本系统具有较大的推广价值。

【Abstract】 Tool occupies a very important position in the basic industry, its manufacture and application is a characteristic of a nation industrial level. Nowadays, tool is used mostly and widely in metallurgicaL electric and machine manufacture industries and so on. However, with the development of the national economy, more quality and specification and longer service of tool are required. As a result, most people are concerned about how to improve the performance and quality of tool, such as selecting sound material improving heat treatment equipment and procedure and ameliorating machine processing. From the point view of the current condition in most of our nation抯 tool heat treatment workshop~ the main effect factors of tool heat treatment quality are poor means of process parameters control mostly under manual-controlled stages obvious effect by man-caused factors, high control error and unstable quality. Although the furnace temperature of some workshop is controlled by separate microcomputer~ it is not reported that all furnaces in a workshop are integrate controlled. On the base of the fact, the Heat Treatment Process Auto-control System Hardware Design of Tool Heat Treatment Workshop is proposed. In this papers an integrated hardware system of tool heat treatment process control of workshop level is put forward, the system with corresponding software system can concentrative control all kinds of heat treatment equipments (not localizing in one workshop) such as bath furnaces and box furnaces in a workshop center control-room. Not only the automation degree of single equipment is raised, but the automation degree of the whole workshop is also raised. It has an important significance for unearthing the potentiality and the raising the efficiency of the whole workshop equipments. This article focus on the unit choices and designs of the whole workshop such as data collection of procedure parameters analog-digital converters digital-to-analog converter and actuator. The designs of interface electric circuit between those units and between those with CPU are also studied. According to the conditions of selective workshop there are totaled 32-line-input and 18-line-output for the whole system. The system can be extended only by correctively adding correspondence equipments to control more lines under considering leaving more interface, which makes it more flexible and universal. In a conclusions the system is worth of generalization and application in a workshop.
