大颗粒无水硫酸钠结晶工艺及数学模型研究

【摘要】 本论文论述了大颗粒硫酸钠的制备原理及方法,并在实验基础上建立了硫酸钠的结晶模型。本论文主要讨论了用DTB型结晶器、采用真空蒸发结晶法制备较大颗粒硫酸钠的机理、具体的工艺流程以及各种因素对结晶粒度的影响。并在一定实验条件下,制得了主粒度为400~500μm的硫酸钠。通过粒数衡算方程对粒度的Laplace变换,在实验的基础上用动态间歇法对硫酸钠结晶模型的动力学参数进行了求解,得到了无水硫酸钠的结晶模型。
【Abstract】 This paper review the preparation theory of anhydrous sodium sulfate and the method of made it, and found the crystal model of anhydrous sodium sulfate based on experiment date. The mechanism of made it by vacuum evaporation using DTB crystallizer is studied, and the detail of the technical flow is discussed. The factors which influence the granularity of anhydrous sodium sulfate are studied .Under certain experiment condition. the anhydrous sodium sulfate which granularity is 0.4-0.5 it m was made . The model crystal kinetic parameters was determined by batch transient method. The Laplace transform of population balance equation with respect to size was used in this method. The crystal model of anhydrous sodium sulfate is founded.
