【摘要】 在市场经济日益发达的当今社会，资产评估作为维护经济秩序、推动经济发展、促进经济合作的一个重要的智力密集型中介行业，越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注和重视。随着评估业的发展和国内外评估市场竞争的加剧，评估人员素质和业务水平的高低越来越成为一个至关重要的因素，为保证评估业健康发展，就要求资产评估教育快速发展，以适应社会需求。而目前，我国评估教育刚刚起步：高等教育几乎是一片空白、准入制度还需改进、后续教育尚待完善。针对评估教育中存在的问题，本文对资产评估教育体系进行了研究，旨在建立一个完善的教育体系，为提高评估人员整体素质提供指导。 文章从经济学的角度，以市场均衡理论、比较优势学说和利润最大化原则及其有关理论为基础，深入分析了加强资产评估人员教育的原因，指出了进行资产评估教育研究的重要意义；在此基础上，按照资产评估人员的素质培养过程构建了资产评估教育体系，即资产评估高等教育、资格考试与后续教育三个层次，并从这三个方面进行了深入研究；在高等教育部分，针对我国尚未建立资产评估专业，其研究也几乎是空白的状况，笔者依据课程体系的构建原理，结合评估业的特点提出了一种资产评估课程体系，为我国资产评估高等教育课程建设提供了理论参考和现实指导，也为高等教育其他方面的研究奠定了基础；在准入制度——资格考试部分，本文对近两年全国评估师资格考试成绩进行了定量与定性分析，并在此基础上，针对存在的问题，提出了以覆盖效率与覆盖偏差为依据对报名条件进行限定和拓宽考试内容、实行双重考试制度的建议；在后续教育部分的研究中，针对后续教育实施中存在的问题提出了一些建议，并引入了一种以高校为中心进行产业化后续教育的构想，以期为后续教育走上正规化、规范化、制度化提供指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, market economy has been becoming flourishing. Asset evaluation is paid more and more attention, because it is an important intermediary trade, which can maintain economic order, propel the society forward and promote economic cooperation. With appraisal trade developing and market competition intensifying, the staff quality plays an important role gradually. To make economy develop normally, the asset- evaluation education needs developing quickly too. But, existing appraisal education starts recently. There?re many problems, such as: the higher education research is nearly blank, entrant system is not good, follow-up education need badly perfecting etc. It is necessary to set up perfect education system and to instruct evaluated staff to improve their quality. This is the pith of the paper exactly. From economic view, under the base of market equilibrium theory, compare advantage doctrine, profit maximum principle as well as other relevant theories, the article analyses profoundly on the reasons of strengthening the education of asset- evaluation and point out important significance studying it. Furthermore, the essay constructs three ideas about education system of property assessment: higher education, qualification examine and follow-up education. In higher education study, the author sets up a kind of course system of property assessment according to principals on course offered and characters of asset valuation. This course system offers theory reference and reality guidance, lays a foundation for other studies on higher education. As far as the part of qualification examine is concerned, the papers make quantitative and qualitative analysis on appraisal qualification test score the last two years. Under the base of ana]ysis, the paper advances some pieces of suggestion: limiting the enroll number according to covering efficiency and deviation, widening the test content, carrying out a double-test system. In the part of follow-up education researching, there are some problems during carrying out. So the paper also comes up suggestions and introduces a new idea, which is a kind of industry follow-up education under the high school in order to make follow-up education regularize, standardize as well as institutionalize.更多还原
