变极性TIG焊电源的研制

【摘要】 本文介绍所研制变极性TIG电源的主电路、控制原理及软硬件组成。 电源的主电路采用两级逆变结构,前级恒流源采用IGBT半桥逆变方式,后级为全桥式IGBT逆变结构。以单片机80C552作为核心控制系统主要包括采样电路、脉宽调制电路、驱动电路、保护电路、显示电路等。 电源前级恒流源采用分时给定电流(Ig1和Ig2)信号方案,控制前级输出脉动直流基值和脉冲幅值,而分时时间由定时器T0控制。后级采用可编程定时器8253作为脉冲发生器,实现对不对称电流频率和正负半波导通比的控制。 试验结果表明本文所研制的变极性TIG电源系统稳定可靠,且输出电流在DCEP期间的幅值Ip和DECN期间幅值In、频率和正负半波导通比都独立可调,满足铝及其合金焊接的工艺需求。

【Abstract】 The variable polarity power source for TIG welding developed in this thesis is introduced, with its main circuit ,the controlling principle and configuration of soft~vare and hardware. This power source developed incorporates constant source and inverter. Here the constant current power is half-bridge inverter with IGBTS. And a controlling system is developed using 80C552 single-chip computer as its core unit with circuit of sampling ,drive ,PWM and display. The pulsed constant is outputted by the double lg(IlgI and 1g2) in the constant source. the programmed timer-8253 is used to control turn-on and turn-off of the second inverters. The result of experiments show that this variable polarity power source is rational. and reliable ,and polarity time and current amplitude of DCEN and DCEP can be adjusted separately ,which satisFy the needs for aluminum welding.
