乌兰布和沙漠固沙植物真菌群落多样性研究

Study on Diversity of Fungus Community of Sand-Fixation Plants in Wulan Buh Desert

【摘要】 自1998~2000年对乌兰布和沙漠不同生境(荒漠区、干旱草原区、)下5个采集地内固沙植物真菌多样性进行了调查研究,分别用Margalef丰富度指数(R1)、Menhinick丰富度指数(R2)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H’)、Simpson多样性指数(λ)、Pieou均匀度指数(E1)、Sheldon均匀度指数(E2)、Heop均匀度指数(E3)计算固沙植物真菌群落的丰富度、多样性和均匀度。结果表明,真菌种类有133种,主要优势种为散播烟霉(Fumagovagans Pers.)、细链格孢(Alternaria tenuis Nees.)、壳囊孢属(Cytospota spp.)和壳二孢属(Ascochyta spp.)。从R1、R2、H’、λ、E1、E2和E3几个指数的变化可以看出:R1、R2的变化趋势基本上与H’、λ的变化趋势一致,表现为:呼和浩特市(⑤)沙林中心植物园(②)>106治沙工区(③)乌海治沙林场(④)沙林中心第一实验场(①);E1、E2和E3的变化趋势基本上一致,表现为:①>③>④>⑤>②。总之,各采集地真菌群落的多样性特征是真菌与栖地的地理生境长期相互作用的反映,沙化环境中真菌多样性发生衰减现象,H’、λ和丰富度指数随生境渐好而递增。

【Abstract】 From 1998 to 2000, fungus diversity of sand-fixation plants in 5 plots at different habitats(descrt area, peripheral area of the artificial oasis and the interior of the artificial oasis)in Wulan Buh Desert were investigated and studied.Richness indexes~ evenness indexes and diversity indexes of fungus community of sand-fixation plants were calculated respectively by the means of Margalef index( R1).. Menhinick index(R2)~ Shannon index(H?~ Simpson index( X)~ Pieou index(Ei) ~ Sheldon index(E2) and Heop index(E3).The results showed that there were 133 fungus species in 5 plots, dominated by Fumago vagans Pers. Alternaria tenuis Nees. Cytospora spp. and Ascochyta spp..Changes in the index values of R1~. R2~ H A Eu. E2 and E3 indicated that the change trend of R1 .. R2 accorded basically with H and A , namedly Huhhot(~)>Botanica1 Garden in the Desert-Forest Experimental Centre of CAF(~)>l06 Sand-Control Zone(?> Wuhai Sand-Control Forest Farm(~ )>the First Experimental Farm in the Desert-Forest Experimental Centre of CAF(?;the change of E1~ E2 and E3 is ?~>~.In a word, characteristics of diversity of fungus community in different plots is the reflection of long-term interaction between fungi and geo-ecological habitat condition . Fungus diversity decreased in the sandy condition and H? A and richness indexes increased with favorable ecological habitat condition.
