一种新型叶片铰接滚动转子汽车空调压缩机的工作特性分析与试验研究

【摘要】 滚动转子压缩机具有效率高,零部件少,重量轻,体积小等优点,目前广泛应用汽车空调系统中。原有的弹簧、直线形隔离叶片结构的滚动转于压缩机存在弹簧易损坏,隔离叶片与滚动环及缸体间的滑动摩擦较大,密封性不够好的缺点。本文介绍一种叶片铰接结构汽车空调滚动转子压缩机改变了隔离叶片的形状,将隔离叶片铰接在气缸壁和滚动环上,从而去除了易损件弹簧,将隔离叶片的摩擦方式由滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,使摩擦减小,同时也使密封效果有所好转,一定程度上克服了原有结构的不足之处。文中详细介绍了这种新型压缩机的结构特点和工作原理,分析了隔离叶片和滚动环的运动规律,计算了排气阀的运动规律,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析了隔离叶片、铰链支座和缸体在受静态气压作用下的应力分布情况。最后对这种叶片铰接滚动转子压缩机作了空压机性能试验,汽车空调压缩机性能试验和耐久性试验,较为全面的了解了其整体性能,验证了这种结构的可行性。

【Abstract】 Rolling piston type rotary compressors are widely used in automobile air-conditioning systems. For they have many advantages: small size, high performance and fewer parts. But the old structure that with a spring and a linear blade has some shortcomings: damageable spring, large slide friction between blade and rolling ring and between blade and cylinder, poor sealing effect. ln this paper, a new rolling piston type rotary compressor with an arc blade for automobile air-conditioners is introduced. The geometric shape of the blade of this new type compressor is changed to arc. Its blade is spliced between the cylinder and the rolling ring. So the spring is removed. Slide friction is turned to rolling friction. Sealing effect gets better. The disadvantages of the old structure are overcome to some extend. The character of the new structure and its working principle are introduced in detail. The kinetic process of blade and rolling ring is studied. The dynamic character of the valve is considered. The stress of the blade, the hinge joint and cylinder under static pressure is analyzed through ANSYS, a finite element analysis software. Performance test for air compressors, performance test for automobile air-conditioning compressors and endurance test are conducted at last. By means of the theory investigation and the practice test, the new rolling piston type rotary compressor with an arc blade is proved to be available.
