商业表格质量规范及其印刷过程网络化管理的探讨

【摘要】 本文是陕西煤航票证印刷厂与西安理工大学印包学院合作研究项目“现代票证印刷工艺数据化、规范化及其防伪技术” 的一部分。其主要内容是利用数理统计原理在大量试验的基础上，参照中华人民共和国行业标准并结合国内商业表格印刷的实际情况，建立了适合于陕西煤航票证印刷厂的质量体系和各级指标的标准、检验方法和检验规则。另外，本文对商业表格印刷网络化管理进行探讨，将前面建立的质量体系运用于网络化管理过程，进行质量的监测和影响质量各因素的判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is a part of research project of "the digital and standardization of moderntickets and securities printing tech and preventing of forge" (which is researched byShannxi Meihang Tickets And Securities Printing Plant and Printing & PackagingInstitute of XUT). In this paper, quality systems, standard of every item, the way andrules to inspect are built through a great numbers of experiments directed by statisticstheory, while the standard of China Industry and the situation of commercial formsprinting of China are considered. Besides, in this paper network management ofcommercial forms printing is represented and the quality system built before is used onthe network to inspect the quality of commercial forms.更多还原
