柔性版印刷呈色数学模型的建立及其应用研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究了柔性版印刷呈色数学模型的建立问题。 论文首先对柔性版印刷进行了概要的介绍,并说明了为建立柔印呈色数学模型而做的测试版以及其印制情况,然后对实验数据进行分析,得出了适合于本课题实验样张的尤尔·尼尔逊公式的修正值,以便正确测量网点。最后通过用几种不同修正方法对纽介堡方程进行分析,确定了用回归法修正纽介堡方程以建立柔版彩印呈色数学模型的思想,并计算出回归系数。在对模型的色差进行分析的基础上,改进了模型,并进行了精度评价。同时在Windows98环境下。用VC++6.0语言开发了柔版彩印呈色数学模型研究的应用软件,实现了柔印中样品的CMY网点组成的计算,并可显示某一印刷条件下的阶调复制曲线及网点扩大曲线。 本论文作为陕西省教育厅专项科研基金资助项目----“柔版彩印呈色数学模型的研究”(99JK197)的一部分,为今后深入研究打下了理论基础、积累了实践经验。开发出的软件在印前系统中具有一定的应用价值。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly discusses the problem of how to establish mathematical model of Flexography.At the beginning of this paper, Flexography is introduced briefly .Then introduces the situation of experiment made for establishing the mathematical model, after that I analyze data of the experiment, get the proper modified value of Yule-Nielson Equation to measure dot area correctly. At last through analyze three kinds of Neugebauer Equations,a kind of thought that we can use some kind of regression method to establish mathematical model of Flexography is formed. According to this thought, I calculate the coefficients of regression equation, then based on analyzing chromatic aberration of the model, I modify that model. At the same time, the model of Flexography builder of software is designed to calculate dot area of CMY using the model with VC++6.0 programming language in windows98 operating system. Another important function of this software is to draw the curves of halftone reproduction and dot gain.The primary attempt and probing are part of our task--A Study on the MathematicalModel of Flexographic Color Reproduction (Special Scientific Research Program Fundedby Shaanxi Provincial Education Commission, Program No. 99JKl97), which lays atheoretical base and accumulates the practice experience for the further study in the future.And the developed software has certain applied values in the prepress system.
