地下洞室预应力锚杆支护机理及设计参数确定方法研究

【摘要】 预应力锚杆支护作为一种高效、经济的洞室支护技术,已日益广泛地应用于各类地下工程中。但是,由于锚杆与围岩间相互作用的复杂性,因此直到目前为止,对预应力锚杆支护机理和设计参数确定方法的研究仍处于探索阶段,设计中依然沿用普通砂浆锚杆的设计方法,理论严重滞后于实际。 本文从围岩支护特征线理论出发,在预应力锚杆与普通砂浆锚杆的受力特征、支护机理和支护效果分析的基础上,提出了预应力锚杆支护设计参数的选用方法,并通过对不戴垫板砂浆锚杆、戴垫板砂浆锚杆和预应力锚杆不同侧压系数下锚杆的轴力分布、洞室收敛位移、困岩应力场的室内对比模型试验和现场原型观测试验,论证其设计方法的可行性。 预应力锚杆支护设计参数选用方法已应用于商南公路隧道的支护的设计中,并取得了良好的技术效果和巨大的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Being a high efficiency and good economically cavern-supporttechniques, prestressed anchor support has been widely used indifferent underground project but, for complexity of interactionbetween anchor rod and adjoining-rock, it is still in exploring stageabout the research of both prestressed anchor support mechanismnd verify design parameter method .To the present, it is still usenormal mortar anchor design whose theory is seriously late for thepractice.Beginning with theory of adjoining rock support characteristiccurve, this paper base on the force-bearing character, supportmechanism, analyze result of support both presrtessed anchor andnormal mortar anchor, and offer the method of veritying designparameter of prestressed anchor support. therefore, test with loadand unload washer mortar anchor, prestress anchor in differentcoefficient of confinement pressure, observing anchor rod’s axialforce distribution, cavern constriction displacement, adjoiningstress field both laboratory correlation model experiment and in-situobservation. The data show the new technique used is appropriate.As a more practice design, prestressed anchor support is usedin Shang-Nan road tunnel which possesses fine technical effect andmore economic benefit, so it is being payed much attention to andmade wide use of.
