办公管理信息系统研究及日常办公、会议管理、查询等模块的开发

【摘要】 本论文分析了我校目前办公自动化存在的问题,提出了建立校园综合办公管理信息系统。该系统主要采用了C/S和B/S模型的混合体系结构,在此模式下,构建了基于Internet/Intranet的综合办公管理信息系统;在实现过程中,深入讨论了信息系统的需求分析方法、数据库建模的理论和技术,并应用面向对象及组件技术实现了信息系统的业务模块;而且利用开发工具的特点,实现了校属单位动态网页的信息发布。总之,该系统的实施,将会大大提高我校办公自动化的水平,从根本上变革办公及管理体制。

【Abstract】 Analyses the question of Office Automation(OA) in our university presently and put forwardsetting up Campus Sythetical Office Management Information System in this paper. In thissystem,the mode integrating Client/Server and Browser/Server are mainly used,and guided by thismode, Campus Sythetical Office Management Information System based on Internet/Intranettechnology is developed. At this time,the methods of information system requirement analysisand the rule of building database are deeply studied. In the course of development of thissystem,we used objected_oriented and component based skill to realize the professionalmodels,and we also make use of the characteristics of the developing tool to bring about theUniversity Departments Information Publishing. In brief,this system will greatly improve the levelof OA in our university and transform the system of office and management fundamentally.
