钕铁硼正弦波永磁同步电动机及其在控制系统中的应用

【摘要】 目前全球范围内面临能源危机,电能紧张的矛盾尤为突出。电动机消耗的电能在总用电量中占很大比例,所以电动机的节能问题非常重要。针对以往交流调速系统功率因数低、调速性能差的不足,本文在前人大量工作的基础上,对一种高品质的节能电动机──正弦波永磁同步电动机进行了研究。在电磁分析计算的基础上,编制了计算机程序。仿真结果从理论上证明:正弦波永磁同步电动机具有良好的动、稳态性能。由它构成的调速控制系统运行可靠、造价低,是一种高品质的节能电动机调速系统。

【Abstract】 There is a energy crisis in the world, and the inadequacy of electricalenergy is one of the serious problem. Because of the large percentage ofelectrical energy that motors consume, it is important for motors to saveenergy. According to the shortcomings of lower power factor and worsecontrol charactor that AC control system used to show, a new kind ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor is designed in this article. Based onthe electromagnetic calculation, a computer program is made. It can beconcluded from the simulation result that the permanent magnetsynchronous motor is characterized by high power and efficiency, as wellas good transient quality. The control system composed of PMSM is aenergy-saving system of high quality.
