发电机组故障及试验综合分析软件的开发与研究

【摘要】 电力系统中网际互联及电网的不断扩大使电力系统中的故障更加复杂,电力系统中的故障分析为电力系统规划、设计和运行提供了工具和手段,是电力系统保护设备及安全自动装置研究与检测的基础。随着发电机组容量的不断增大,其在电力系统中的重要性不断突出,因此迫切需要发电机组故障录波分析装置监测其运行,保障故障后迅速查找故障原因。全面完整的故障录波要求有详细完善的故障分析软件的支持。 本文主要针对丰满水电厂1#机组故障录波装置开发出了发电机组故障及试验综合分析软件。本软件实现了发电机组故障分析及发电机试验分析两大功能。 本文利用VB软件开发平台开发出了发变组故障综合分析软件,用于分析发电机组各种故障及异常状况。本软件提供了灵活的波形显示及录波设置、启动判据投退、定值整定功能。同时,它针对发变组的故障特点:如定子接地故障、发电机匝间短路、相间短路、低励失磁等故障专门计算一些典型故障参量——派生值,如电压三次谐波U3、零序分量U0、负序功率P2、机端阻抗Z,用于协助全面详细地分析故障。 本文针对现场进行试验的需求,利用现场录波装置进行试验录波,开发出试验分析软件。分别针对空载试验、短路试验及甩负荷试验绘制空载饱和及非饱和曲线、短路曲线及甩负荷频率、水压、接力器行程、功率曲线,同时计算发电机试验参数,如饱和度,短路比,接力器不动时间等。

【Abstract】 In power system, connection among electric networks and expanding of electric networks make transient conditions more complicated. Fault record analyzing monitors power plant responses to transient situations. It not only provides tools and methods for power system designing and running, but also gives basis for monitoring and calibration of relays and automatic facilities. With the ultimate installation of power plant increasing, the importance of the stability of generators increases and the record and analysis facility for faults in generator and transformer units is in great need. These abstract fault records need analysis software to give whole and detailed analyzing. For supporting the fault record facility in No.1 generator in Fengman Hydropower Plant, an integrated analysis software for power sets was developed. This software includes two software modules: the module for fault record analyzing and the module for experiment record analyzing. Based on the VB IDE (Integrated Development Environment), a fault record analyzing software for power set was made out .For analyzing typical generator faults such as stator shortcircuit, shortcircuit between coils, shortcircuit between phases, excitation current losing, the software could provide specific data computing such as U3,U0, 12,z, 8. Besides performing data analyziqg in various gy~phic and tabular forms, it also has remote control functions that could set record parameters and triggering points through the master computer. According to the experiment type, the generator experiment- analyzing program draws out waveforms of 0-load test, three- phase shortcircuit test and sudden load-throwing test, and figure out some specific generator parameters.
