解决电站锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题的试验研究

【摘要】 水冷壁高温腐蚀是目前电站锅炉面临的一个较为严重的问题。本文以大港电厂2×328.5MW四角切圆燃煤锅炉为例,进行试验研究。在原型锅炉的基础上,按1:20比例建立试验台。针对原炉初步设计方案,在冷态空气动力场模化试验台上,进行一次风同心反切燃烧炉内冷态试验研究。利用IFA 300恒温式热线(膜)风速仪,结合飘带法和颗粒示踪技术,对不同燃烧器布置方式下炉内空气动力场进行测量和观察,并与数值模拟结果进行对照,掌握燃烧器区域气流特性,提出了彻底解决电站锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题的合理建议,对工程实践具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 At present , the high-temperature corrosion of water wall has become a serious problem at power stations. The test-bed was set up on the base of Dagang 3 28.5MW boiler unit in proportion as 1:20 . Using of concentric firing system (CFS) , the experiment & research has been carried on the test facility with Hot-wire Anemometer and visualization of granular and band. The air flow in furnace was measured and observed under the different arrangements of burners. Compared with the results of numerical simulation, the flow characteristics in combustion region are shown in this thesis and the suggestions about how to solve the high-temperature erosion in water wall are made which are helpful for engineers to design and improve boiler.
