大型电站锅炉过热器系统热偏差计算与壁温特性研究

【摘要】 本文详细分析了大容量电站锅炉过热器系统热偏差的成因与分布规律,在吸收我国科研工作者关于沿集箱轴向流量偏差和同屏辐射热量偏差的科研成果的基础上,结合苏联热力计算标准和我国《电站锅炉水动力计算方法(JB/Z201-83)》,完善了计算热偏差及管壁温度的通用计算模型,在模型中综合考虑了沿烟道宽度流量偏差、吸热偏差和同屏流量偏差、辐射热量分配及沿烟道高度烟温偏差等因素。本文对该计算方法编制了相应的计算程序,结合实例计算表明,该方法计算准确且周期短,可用于过热器系统的优化设计与事故诊断。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the cause and the distribution pattern of heat deviation of the superheater system in the large capacity boiler. Based on our scientific researchers’production about the flow deviation along axis of the box and the radiant heat deviation in the same board, and referencing “the Sovient standard of thermal calculation method”and “the standard of China of the boiler hydrodynamics circulation (JB/Z20 1-83)” this paper perfects the general calculation method of heat deviation and wall-temperature. The method makes a round consideration on the flow and heat-absorption deviation along furnace width, along the same board and deviation of smoke temperature along furnace height, etc. The paper also programs the computer procedure and makes an actual calculation . The results show that this method is accurate and rapid and it can be used on the optimizing design or accidental diagnosis of superheater system.
