空冷散热器的改进措施的研究

【摘要】 随着电力工业的迅速发展,火力发电厂的大容量高参数汽轮机组不断增加,这些机组在燃用大量煤炭的同时,也耗用大量的水资源。电力工业的发展速度、建设规模、规划、布局本应于国民经济的发展相适应,但由于受煤和水资源的制约而不能合理安排。在富煤地区,往往由于缺水而不能兴建电厂。因此,丰富的煤炭资源不能尽早开发和利用。这在宏观经济上无疑是极大的损失。发电厂汽轮机凝汽设备系统采用的空冷系统(发电厂空冷系统)就是解决“富煤缺水” 地区或干旱地区建设火力发电厂而逐步发展起来的。 发电厂空冷技术从提出到现在已有50余年的历史并在国际上有了迅速发展,目前已出现单机容量686MW的空冷机组,在干旱地区,空冷机组的发展尤为迅速,并出现了多种类型,如直接冷却系统,间接冷却系统,干湿冷却系统等。随着水资源短缺现象愈加严重,发电厂空冷技术必将成为发电厂建设中的热门话题。 本文主要对间接空冷系统进行优化设计,针对以往空冷系统优化设计中出现的问题,选择不同的估算值及优化对象。同时,针对太原第二热电厂空冷系统冬季个别管子易冻裂的问题,将直接空冷系统的优点与间接空冷系统结合起来,构造一种新型的冷却三角结构,并对其传热性能及防冻进行分析研究。

【Abstract】 A dry tower is a tower in which no direct contact between the air and water is allowed, the packing of the conventional et?tower being replaced by heat exchangers. Because of its much less water loss compared to wet tower, dry tower can operate on many sites where wet towers are impossible due to the unavailability of the necessary external water supply. As the number of suitable sites for wet towers on rivers, lakes and estuaries decrease with the expansion of industrialization, so dry towers become increasingly attractive. It is common practice for heat exchangers to be designed for ease of manufacturing. Although used for all kinds of applications, the geometry remains fixed and the desired duty is achieved by adjusting the heat transfer area. However the above procedure is not satisfactory for instance on thermodynamic grounds. A project to redesign and optimize water梐ir heat exchanger elements was initiated, that includes analytical optimization of the heat exchanger geometry, computation of the structure of dry tower In this thesis, A new type structure of cooler was elected. And its character of heat transfer as well as the measure of protecting pipe from freezing was studied.
