【摘要】 本文首先对管理信息系统进行了简单的介绍，指出随着Internet/Intranet的发展和电子商务的兴起，管理信息系统的体系结构已经从C/S模式扩展到B/S模式。接着分析了B/S结构的特点，研究了在B/S体系结构下Web与数据库的几种互连技术，并重点研究了ASP技术和ADO控件。经过比较，采用了ASP技术来开发Web数据库。最后，结合北京工业大学科技处的实际情况，对基于B/S结构的科技管理信息系统进行了详细的分析，根据科技处网上信息发布和信息管理的需求，详细地设计了系统，并用ASP技术实现了该系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Management Information System is simple introduced at first in thispaper, with the development of Internet/Intranet and Electric Business, it’sconstruction has extended from C/S model to B/S model. Following, weanalyse the characters of B/S construction, and research the connectingtechnologies between Web and Database. We put our emphasis on the ASPtechnology and ADO control. After comparing, we adopt ASP technology todevelop Web Database.
