基于现场总线技术的积木式分布控制系统中组态软件的设计与开发

CONFIGURATION SOFTWARE’S DESIGNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF BUILDING BLOCK DISTRIBUTED CONTROLLING SYSTEM BASED ON FIELDBUS TECHNOLOGY

【摘要】 现场总线技术是用于过程控制和制造自动化最底层的现场设备或现场仪表互连的通信网络,是现场通信网络与控制系统的集成。现场总线的节点是具有综合功能的智能仪表,它将取代传统的单功能的现场仪表。因此“基于现场总线过程控制系统”的开发就是更好地利用现场总线的优点进行新型的过程控制系统的开发与利用。其中,组态软件极大程度地决定了过程控制系统的性能、可靠性以及开发成本。因此,开发具有特色的过程控制系统组态软件对于推动国内过程控制技术的发展具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先对国内外组态软件的现状以及发展概况进行了总结,分析了各个软件的优点及缺点。同时对当今流行的现场总线技术进行概括,并对不同标准的总线进行对比。在借鉴国外优秀组态软件的成功经验的基础上,结合本课题工业现场的需求,设计了本组态软件,搭建了软件框架,完成了功能设计。该软件包括两个大部分:数据库编辑器软件、图形组态软件。其中图形组态软件又分为几个小部分:图形编辑器的程序设计、动态控件的设计、标准工具的程序设计、实时数据接口的程序设计。最后对面向Internet的程序开发做了一些试探性的工作。 针对上述结构,在Windows环境下,采用了Delphi以及Visual C++语言面向对象的程序设计方法,分别对程序进行了具体设计,完成了核心模块,实现了客户端/服务器结构的数据库编辑、图形编辑、动态显示、系统报警、数据链接等功能。本文详细叙述了各个部分的设计方法,包括基本设计思想、程序框图、数据结构定义、算法以及程序流程。

【Abstract】 Fieldbus is a new kind of communication protocol used for the field device and field instruments in the process automation and manufacture automation. The fieldbus node is the intelligence instrument, which replace the single function field instruments. The communication network is integrated with control system. The key of function fieldbus if to replace DCS (Distributed Control System) by the new generation of FCS (Fieldbus Control system). The Process Control System base on Fieldbus is developing very fast and widely used. The configuration software determines the function, reliability and development costing of process control system in great extent, so it is important to develop our own characteristic configuration software to accelerate the progress of domestic technology. In the first part of the paper, I summarized the situation and future of configuration software by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of many software all over the world. At the same time, I summarized the current fieldbus technology and compares the different standard fieldbus. Based on the experiences of foreign excellent software and considering the need of this task in plant floor, I designed graphic configuration software, built the frame of software, and completed the function. The software package consists of the following two large parts: Database Editor~ Graphics zutai software. Graphics zutai software include four small parts: Graphic Editor, Program Design of Dynamic Control, Program Design of Standard Tools, Program Design of Real-time data interface. I also extended my work to connect with the Internet Programming. According to this construction model, I developed each part with Windows and Delphi Visual C++, completed the kernel module, and realized the functions. The paper describe the technical details of programming for each part, which include design ideas, data construction, algorithm and flow.
