工程机械工况测取及故障诊断系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 工程机械的工况监测及故障诊断是一个集信号采集,数据传输,特征提取和故障识别于一体的集成化系统,近年来科学技术的飞速发展为该领域提供了新的技术手段和理论方法。因此,本文结合先进的计算机技术、电子技术、人工智能技术对工程机械的工况监测和故障诊断进行了初步的探索和研究。 本文在分析比较国内外现有系统的基础上,确定了将整个系统分为数据采集系统、数据传输系统和数据处理及故障诊断专家系统三个相互独立又相互依存子系统的总体方案,具体完成了数据中继机软、硬件设计工作和数据处理及故障诊断专家系统软件的开发工作,并为以后的设计研究工作留有良好的扩充环境。

【Abstract】 Monitoring work condition and diagnosing fault of construction machinery is a system which integrate data acquisition, feature extraction, diagnostic checking and data transmission. Recently with the development of science and technology , the system is provided for new technical measures and theory model . Accordingly elementary research and exploration about it is done using computer science, electronic technique and artificial intelligence technology. Basing on analysis and comparison many existing system, this paper puts forward that the system could be divided into three individual whereas interdependent subsystems which are data acquisition subsystem, data transmission subsystem, fault diagnosis expert subsystem. And also, the paper introduces the process to develop these subsystems including the hardware and software designing of data transmission system and the software designing of fault diagnosis expert system. Furthermore it provides good open environment for future development.
