异步电动机综合智能保护装置的研制

【摘要】 电动机是现代工业的动力源,对其进行可靠有效的保护尤为重要。本文论述了一种先进的(异步)电动机智能保护装置的研制。该保护装置在保护理论上,以检测过电流幅值、零序电流、负序电流等为判据;在故障诊断上,实现了基于实时专家系统的电动机故障诊断;在硬件实现上,以INTEL高档16位单片机80C196MC为核心,外接点阵液晶显示器等外设。其具有中文显示、菜单式操作、数据录波、故障诊断、参数灵活设置、保护功能完善等特点。另外,将一种可靠性高、结构简单、编程方便的现场总线——CAN总线运用于电动机保护,以保护装置为节点,以一台586工业控制机为服务器,形成电动机智能保护网络的基本筐架。这样真正实现了电动机保护的自控、集中监控和智能化自处理的要求。

【Abstract】 The motor is the source of power, therefore, it is important to protect the motor reliably and effectively. This thesis discusses the development of the advanced intelligent protection equipment for the asynchronous motor. The protection equipment makes the over-current value, zero-phase-sequence component, negative-phase-sequence component and so on as protection criterions ,in protection theory ; it reali7es the intelligent fault diagnosis based on the expert system; it makes Intel powerfull6-bit microprocessor 80C196MC as the core ,~ith which the lattice LCD is linked, in hardware. It has the follow characters: display in Chinese, operation ~~駎h menu-guided software, storage of fault data for fault recording, fault diagnosis, parameter setting simple and flexible, perfect protection functions and so on. Furthermore, a kind of Field Bus -桟AN Bus which has high reliability, simple framework and convenient programming functions, is applying to the motor protection equipment. Then we can build the motor protection network by CAN bus. A industiy PC is used as the network server, and all the protection equipments are used as network nodes. In this way, we really realize the automatic conlrol, the centralized control and the intelligent self disposal functions of the motor protection.
