水下砼储油罐温度场数值模拟与温度效应分析

【摘要】 混凝土水下储油罐系统涉及介质较多,传热机制比较复杂,给储存高凝原油的油罐系统温度场计算带来了较大难度。本文基于对储油罐模拟试验及温度场变化规律的大量试验实测数据,应用热力学基本原理和传热规律构建数模及其相关参数关系式,并对其进行优化分析,用有限差分法对非稳态传热进行数模计算,求得所需任意时刻的温度场分布数据,在此基础上得出油罐壁的温度应力。本文还提供了吻合较好的油罐温度场理论计算值和试验实测值的变化曲线的比较图及温度应力图。

【Abstract】 It is relatively complex that transference regularity of underwater concrete tank system relating to many materials brings difficulty to calculate the temperature field of tank system storing high solidifying point crude oil. Based on experiment data of simulation test and variation regularity of temperature field of storage oil tank, we may obtain distribution data of temperature field anytime wanted and from that we will result temperature strain by calculating unsteady heat transferring with finite difference mathematical method, utilizing heat equilibrium theory and heat transference regularity to construct mathematical model and parameter relation, optimization and analyses them. Meanwhile the paper provides a series of well suitable curve charts of temperature of theory calculated compared with experiment measured and temperature strain charts.
