壁板铣床数控系统硬件结构的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、微电子技术和现代控制技术的不断发展,如何有效地利用这些先进的技术,多快好省地进行控制系统的开发就显得十分的必要。 本文就是基于这种思想,对壁板铣床数控系统进行了改造。该系统采用了工业控制机(IPC)和可编程多轴控制器(PMAC)构成主从分布式双微处理器结构,以此作为系统的控制中心。在PMAC上扩展I/O单元、伺服单元、A/D单元,完成整个控制系统硬件结构的设计。 基于这种硬件结构,在以下几个方面作了深入的研究;IPC控制柜及操作面板的设计;控制电路的设计;伺服系统控制方式选择;中转板结构设计;系统可靠性分析及相应措施;电气元件与伺服的选型。 实践证明,论文所做的工作是完全可行的。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the technologies of the computer, the electronics and the modern control, It becomes more and more necessary to develop the CNC system cheaply and quickly with these advanced technologies. Based on this principle, the plate miller CNC system has been developed. The system, which is called the distributed- dual-CPU structure, adopts the industry PC(IPC) and the programming multiple-axis controller(PMAC); IPC and PMAC are the control center of the system. In the meantime, I/O unit, servo unit and A/D unit are added to the PMAC, and in this way the design of hardware structure of the CNC system has been made. On the basis of the hardware structure, some researches are made as follow: the design of control unit, control panel and control circuit; the choice of servo system control mode; the structure design of interface; the reliability analysis of system and measures which enhance the reliability; the choice of electrical unit. The feasibility of the CNC system has been fully proved in practice.
