智能化阀门电动执行器调速装置的研究与开发

【摘要】 智能化阀门电机调速装置是阀门电动执行装置中很重要的组成部分,可根据控制要求,改变电机电压的同时改变阀门开启速度,使执行机构运行平稳、可靠,它是实现阀门调节功能的关键。 在对其进行研究与开发过程中,查阅了大量资料,并进行了深入细致的理论研究。它以单片机为核心,不仅具有常规控制、调节功能,而且更具智能化,包括无触点控制、实时显示参数、进行故障诊断、具有失效保护等多种功能。为开发下一代产品,打下了良好的基础。 本文遵循“安全、可靠、先进、简便”的原则,对智能化阀门电机调速装置进行了总体方案的设计,在此基础上开发出电动阀门控制器,并完成了相关的实验验证工作。此外,为了提高系统的抗干扰能力,本文还采取了一系列软硬件保护措施。最后的整机调试结果表明,系统运行准确、可靠,达到了预期目标。

【Abstract】 The electric valve speed controller is a key part of the electric valve actuator. The author consults a lot of information and lucubrates the controller, and then develops a new generation of intelligent electric valve speed controller based on much work. The kind of electric valve speed controller with the cnr~ of microcontroller possses not only the functions of a normal instrument, such as testing, controlling and regulating, but also more intelligence which helps realize the control without contact, the real-time display of all parameters, the diagnosis of fault and the failure protection. Following the principles of safety, reliability, advancement and conveniences, this article makes an over-all design of which the whole control system ( controller with micro-processor and alternating-current power electronic switch) is developed. Besides, this article adopts a series of software-and-hardware measures of protection so as to improve the anti- interference ability of the system. The final result of the experiment indicates that the whole system works accurately and credibility, realizing the expected object.
