基于关系的全参数化图形建模与尺寸驱动

【摘要】 参数化图形建模技术一直是CAD领域的研究热点之一。许多带有参数化功能的图形支撑系统将结构约束与尺寸约束分开处理,导致算法复杂,求解稳定性差和求解速度慢。 本文在分析已有的探索性开发的全参数化图形支撑系统的数据结构和实现技术的基础上,基于自由度约束分析理论证实了用满约束图形建模方法形成全参数化图形实体集合的先进性和实用性。确定了尺寸标注和实现尺寸驱动功能的开发策略,用面向对象编程技术完成了线性、半径、直径、角度几种基本尺寸标注的开发,并实现了图形和尺寸双向驱动。理论分析和设计实例表明,本文所介绍的全参数化图形建模与尺寸驱动方法运行稳定、可靠、效率高。

【Abstract】 The technology of parametric graphic modeling has been one of the research focuses in CAD field study. The structural constraints and dimensional constraints are separately processed in a lot of traditional graphic supporting systems with parametric function so that the algorithm is complicated, the stability of solution is poor and the speed of solution is also poor.Based on analyzing the data structure and realization technology of the existent graphic supporting system developed with exploration and based on the theory of constraint analysis to the degree of freedom, the advantage and practicability of forming fully parametric graphic entity set by means of fully constrained graphic modeling are demonstrated in this paper. The developing strategy to realize dimension and dimensional driving function is determined. The development of basic dimensions for linearity, radius, diameter, angle are completed using object-oriented programming technology. The inter-driving of graphics and dimension are realized.The theory analysis and the examples show the fully parametric graphic modeling and dimension driving method introduced in this paper are stable, reliable and efficient.
