计量对企业运营活动影响的研究

【摘要】 计量是企业的一项重要的基础工作，对企业的生产和经营活动具有重要的影响，但是目前由于我国企业对计量的影响力认识不够，导致企业在资源投入时对计量的投入较低，计量工作没有发挥应有的作用。 本论文从我国企业的实际需要出发，着重论述了计量工作在企业建立现代企业制度，实现经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变，以及在企业能源管理、工艺控制、质量检测、安全环保监测、ISO9000认证等过程中的重要影响力，从而得出重视计量，加强计量投入是现代企业的必然选择。 本论文不仅运用了定性评价及大量非正式案例的研究方式来研究计量的影响力，还对计量投入的经济效益进行了定量计算的研究，对企业更好地核算计量效益提供了有益的方法。 论文还对我国企业如何按ISO9000质量体系标准和 ISO10012计量体系标准的要求，建立和完善企业的计量检测体系进行了探讨，提出了企业建立计量体系的有效途径和方法，对目前我国企业的计量工作具有现实的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Measurements is very important foundation of enterprises and vital to production and management of enterprises. However,domestic enterprises don’t lay store by measurements,which results in lower investment on it. So measurements don’t function very well.This thesis discusses the important influence of measurements on the establishment of the modern enterprise system,the increase mode changed from extension to intensivism,energy management,technology control,safety and environment inspection as well as attestation of ISO9000 from actuality of our domestic enterprises. It is natural to elicit the conclusion that modern enterprises must attach importance to measurements and increase investment to it.This thesis not only studies the influence of measurements using qualitative evaluation and informal cases,but also calculates the economic benefits of investment on measurements. It provides a helpful method to better calculate and check the measurement benefits.This paper also researches the establishment and improvement of modern corporal measurement and inspection system according to the requirements of ISO9000 quality system standards and ISO 10012 measurement system standards. The way of establishing corporal measurement system raised in this paper has practically directive significance to our corporal measurement.更多还原
