郑州市高中英语分层次教学实验的问题与对策

【摘要】 当今时代,国际局势趋于缓和,科技发展日新月异,社会变迁十分迅速,而经济竞争日益激烈。教育在促进科技和经济全面发展中越来越重要。“科教兴国”已成为各国的共识,新世纪的教育改革已被提到日程上来。 为了实施全面的素质教育,继续推进教育改革,郑州市教委要求各中小学教师树立科学的学生观,真正承认学生个体发展的特殊性。分层次教学实验是郑州市高中搞的教学改革,是为了落实因材施教原则。据此,论文立足于郑州市高中英语分层次教学实验,针对主要问题提出了完善该实验的对策。 全文共分四部分: 第一部分:郑州市高中英语分层次教学实验的提出。 第二部分:郑州市高中英语分层次教学实验的意义。 第三部分:郑州市高中英语分层次教学实验结果比较分析及其存在的主要问题。高中英语分层次实验教法与学法不协调。英语高、低层次授课内容与英语教学大纲不协调。低层次的学生心理有压力,挫伤了一部分学生的学习积极性。 第四部分:完善高中英语分层次教学实验的对策。在高中英语分层次教学实验中,分层次时应以促进学生的发展为宗旨,处理好学生主体与教师主导作用关系,使教法与学法统一。在进行英语分层次教学实验时应使各层次学生的英语思维能力得到发展,使授课内容与大纲相符合。在英语分层次实验中排除学生的心理障碍,注意学生非智力因素的开发。

【Abstract】 In the society, the international situation inclines to be easing up .In matching with the on-going rapid changes in the society, science and technology develop very quickly and the economic competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Education is now playing a more and more important role in promoting economic and high-tech on all sides. It is agreed that a nation must be prospering with its scientific education .It is put on the order of the day for us to reform the teaching in the new century. The paper consists of four parts. APutting forward of the senior English teaching experiment of the different level in Zhengzhou city (TSETE) AThe significance of TSETE in Zhengzhou city AThe comparative analyses and the main problems exited of TSETE .The teacher methods and the learning methods can抰 be well coordinated in TSETE. The teaching contents of the high level and low level can抰 coordinate the teaching outline. The students of the low level have pressure in their hearts, which dampens some students? the enthusiasm. AThe countermeasures to prefect TSETE. In TSETE, the main aim of dividing students should be stressed on the students?development, and the relation between the students and the teachers should be dealt well with in order to coordinate the teaching methods and the studying methods.When we are engaging in TSETE.WE should expanded the students?thinking abilities,and make the teaching contents and the teaching outline. We should remove the students?psychology obstacle,and pay attention to the exploitation of the students?non-intelligent factors.
