基于DSP技术的电能质量监测装置的研制

【摘要】 本文通过分析国内外电能质量监测装置的发展现状,针对我国当前电力部门的需求和工程实际问题,研制了一种基于DSP技术的新型电能质量监测装置。 论文首先介绍了DSP技术在电力系统中的应用。简要分析了采用单片微机作前沿控制机所带来的问题,并提出了以高性能工业控制芯片AM188ES为主CPU,以数字信号处理器芯片TMS320F206为从CPU,集测量、控制、通信等功能于一体的监测装置设计方案。 本文设计了基于DSP技术的高速、高精度数据获取及处理系统,利用多通道采样保持和时分转换电路实现数据的同步采集,主、从板间通过双口RAM进行信息交换。并且针对电力系统中数据采集和处理的实际特点,应用DSP处理器实现对各类数据的测量和处理,并给出了相应的算法实现。 本装置能对电能质量的各项指标提供全面、准确的测量记录数据,并实时显示波形与频谱。

【Abstract】 By analyzing the situations of the electric energy monitoring equipments home and abroad, aiming at the demand of power department and the practical applications. A new surveillance device based on DSP(Digital Signal Processing) thchnology is developed. The application of DSP in the electric power systems is introduced first in this paper. The author briefly analyzes some problems caused by using single chip microprocessor as front porch control, and proposes the hardware and software structure which uses industrial level micro-controller AM1 88ES as master CPU, TMS320F206 as slave CPU, and can perform measurement, control and communication. A high-speed and high-precision distributed data acquisition and processing system is designed based on DSP. The synchronous data sampling of the supervising system is realized by multi-channel collection retaining and A/D transformation circuit. Data between the master and slave boards can be transferred by dual-port RAM. According to the special characters of the electric power system, the algorithm implementation of digital signal processor is presented.The equipment can provide comprehensive and accurate recording data for quality study of electric energy. Besides, it displays real time curve and frequency spectrum.
