一种智能充电系统的初步研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了大功率智能充电器的设计过程,主要包括对蓄电池充电方法和充电电源的设计。在对目前各种充电方法研究的基础上,提出了一种新型的充电方法——变压间歇充电法,理论分析和试验都表明,这种充电方法能够有效地提高蓄电池的充电效率,加快充电速度。在充电电源的设计中,采用了高频开关电源技术,高频变换器采用移相零电压全桥变换电路,功率开关管选用IGBT,驱动芯片使用EXB841,移相控制芯片选用UC3875。采用这种电源结构,能够有效地减小开关损耗,提高系统的工作效率。在充电方法的控制和实现上,设计了以模糊控制为主的控制方法。

【Abstract】 The paper described the design of high-power intellectual charger for the lead-acid accumulator, including the research on charge method and charge power supply.Based on the investigation of many charge methods, a new charge method -the intermittent charge method with variable voltage was brought forward.For the discharged battery had been restored to full charge, the charge.time was much retrenched by this method. Ground on the HFSPS (High-Frequency Switching Power Supply), the converter was designed as ZVSFBC (Zero-Voltage Switching Full-Bridge Converter), and PCCFC (Phase Control Current Frequency Converter) was designed. In the converter, the phase shift control IC was UC3875, and IGBT (Isolated Gate Bipolar Transistor) was selected as the switch that was driven by EXB841 module.FLC (Fuzzy Logic Control) was used to realize the charge method.
